I have recently switched to using GWP's to point/hunt Sambar Deer in Victoria, Australia. I have used various breeds of gundog for this purpose for some years with varying degrees of sucess, mainly GSP's and weimeraners. I must say, the GWP's are remarkably superior to other breeds I have used. I am keen to hear from other hunters who own and use GWP's for similar purposes.
