I would think this is normal at least I hope so. We bought our pup at 16 weeks and at 18 weeks he lost his first tooth. He lost all his baby teeth by the time he was 7 months.

Puppy teeth remains for 3 to seven months. Sometimes around 3 months, puppy starts loosing his inciduous (baby) teeth, starting with the incisors. By 8 months, a puppy should have all of his adult teeth, some still growing and should have lost all of its inciduous teeth. 19 weeks is still young and quite normal.
A note of caution: the normal order is baby tooth falls, and adult tooth replaces it. On occasion, one (or more) inciduous tooth will not fall while the adult tooth will grow and the pup will have double dentition for a while, or for ever. Because this is known to alter the normal developpement of the bite and the jaw, if you notice a "double tooth", you should consut your veterinarian as soon as possible. |
