this is 4yoa Nikita's second rooster point of the day last weekend. we ended up with 3 birds. but the best moment of the entire season was after this walk, we found a nice spot amongst haybales and cattails out of the wind, the three of us enjoyed a cold one and cigar and traded war stories on the hunts of the year, bragged about our dogs, and recounted the 'missed shots' of the day.

not sure we'll get out for the last weekend, but this was a glorious day!
