I I prefer to hunt wild birds- real hunting. I hunted only wild birds for at least my first 10 years of hunting. I have a free "hunt" coming to me that I have not even used yet- hard to work up enthusiasm for it. Another dog person was bragging recently about shooting "50 pheasants" over their dogs- they didn't clean a one!!! Probaby didn't cook or eat them, either. _________________ Aablwch German Pointers, formerly"Darling's",

| Wilde birds are the best when you can get to them but do not rule out an option that will keep your dog and you at the top of your game. Pen raised birds are always unreadable and can be a good workout. Hunt for another 10 years and you may start to know that you’re talking about |

Wild birds do rule. I can't imagine "hunting" birds that were not born and raised on the same dirt that I was walking on when the dogs pointed them.

Leadhead,
I don't get it, you're going to have to explain your question to me... |
