Now that the competitive disc dog season is over, the food/treat cabinet is well-stocked for the winter months ahead. Problem is, I'm not sure that it's all worth using.
I have a lot of free samples of dog food - about a cup in each package. These I've been using to refill the treat pouch for classes and routine trick training. I think Kit likes the variety.
But after last weekend, I also have 17 pounds of Go! dog food: 16 pounds of chicken and 1 pound of duck. I looked it up on dogfoodanalysis.com and it got 5 stars, so that's great. 17 pounds is almost a 2 month supply of food for us, so I don't want to waste it. But I normally feed Wellness and I'm not sure if it's really worth switching her food just to get rid of it. What would you do?
I could also take it to the shelter, but I know they don't normally feed such high-end dog food there, so their dogs would be switching same as mine. _________________ Best SizeGenetics reviews |
