My 13 mo old GWP Morgen's pupils are unevenly dilated, with one looking normal and the other very constricted. We first noticed it several hours ago. Now, in dim light they are getting better but the constricted eye is pretty red. She is acting happy and normal otherwise. We did take her to a new place to play and swim in the river yesterday and she was definitely running all around in the brush happy as could be, I don't know if she got in contact with a strange weed or what. I heard maybe jimson weed can cause this? Has anyone else out the experienced this?

Thanks for your help!

Well our vet was stumped and said otherwise our dog looked great, and referred us to an eye specialist. The eye specialist said it might be Turner's Syndrome, which is caused by damage to the sympathetic nervous system. The nerves run through a dogs chest and neck and damage may be caused by playing with our other dog (they are always grabbing each other by the neck and throwing each other down, tails wagging). I also read it may be caused by a choke chain. Hopefully the problem will go away in a month or so, in the mean time I only use the chain/leash with a shock collar on (she knows what it means, and behaves immediately), though I can't stop the backyard clash of the titans wrestlemania matches. Morgen's eyes are still wacky but less so, I hope.

Thought I'd post the diagnosis since it looked like a lot of people viewed the post. Take care.
