This topic is for posting information about a GWP rescue or have any information about rescues. I have reopened this topic for public post due to multiple requests. If there are to many off topic posts I will have to lock it again. A "Rescue Stories" topic is now available for those that wish to share there stories. In addition please contact the regional cordinator for your area with the rescue information, or at the very least email them about your posting here.

Please follow the rules below:

1. NO POSTS ADVERTISING PUPPIES FOR SALE WILL BE ALLOWED This is for two reasons. First is that this is an open board and we cannot guarantee the people posting are members of the GWPCA and have signed our code of ethics. The other reason is we have a breeder referral listing that members must pay to be on. It would not be fair to them if we also offered a place to advertise puppies for free. However, if you have puppies available, feel free to contact PRIVATELY anyone posting on the "looking for a puppy" list.

2. NO PUBLIC BREEDER REFERRALS. This is related to number 1. Because we cannot guarantee the person being referred to is a GWPCA member, we cannot allow public referrals to be made. If you wish to refer someone to a particular person or breeder, please do so in an email. Also, to protect our club, we cannot have people posting public, negative messages about particular breeders on this board. However, if you want to tell something to someone in private, you are welcome to do so.

3. DELETION OF POSTS. The system will automaticly delete or prune all rescue posts when they reach 30 days old.
