I currently have a pup that is 4 months old. I started just like what you are doing. I run her in the field, and let her do water retrieves. I had a guy call a couple of weeks ago that said one of her ...

You might be lucky and have one dog give in quickly. But I have seen two male dogs fighting it out get really bloody quick. More than I can take. I have never had that trouble with any of my male fema ...

I have several wirehairs and a little terrier. My problem isn't with my wirehairs, but with the little male terrier trying to dominate my male wirehair. I finally had to separate them because the litt ...

I have never had a GWP that required more than bath and good brushing. But if your dog's hair is on the longer side and you didn't want to strip out the excess hair I guess you could have them groomed ...

I don't think there is a big problem with GWP's not being bred for hunting. That is not unique to the DD orgainzation. I have sold a few pups and never had anyone want to buy one that wasn't a hunter. ...

When I sell pups some buyers are confused about the difference. I tell them my dogs are not DD's. They are not registered with their breeding club. I explain to them that they have their own testing s ...

Just keep giving them exposure to other people and strange dogs as often as possible. With you in control. Right now I have a 5 year old, a 3 year old, 2 that are 10 months, and 3 that are 10 weeks. I ...
