WELCOME!
Snacks, beverages, and a cash bar provided in our Nebraska
Room where the raffle items and baskets will be displayed
Thursday,
October 3- Snacks, soda, water, and cash bar-FUN
NIGHT to be
announced
Friday,
October 4-
ANNUAL MEETING
Buffet Style BBQ- pork ribs and fried chicken,
potato salad,
baked beans, fruit and vegetable trays, apple
cobbler for desert-$25.00
Saturday
October 5-
AWARDS BANQUET-
following the ALL
STAR INVITATIONAL
Prime rib, loaded baked potato, green bean
almandine, garden salad, and
choice of chocolate, red velvet, or carrot cake
for desert -$33.00
Coffee and rolls will be available in the Nebraska Room
Thursday- Sunday AM.
Breakfast and lunches will be served at the LEC Concession
stand all four days.

CALLING ALL CLUBS!
Please consider supporting the national club with a donation
to help sponsor a night of hospitality! Your club’s
contribution will ensure all national event attendees have a
relaxed environment in which to grab a snack, visit, make
new friends, and renew old acquaintances.
Additional ways local clubs can contribute to our national
events:
*Advertise your club’s upcoming events with an ad in the
national catalog.
*Sponsor a basket to be sold at raffle or silent auction. (Please
